SMC FRP sectional water tank is sheet molding compound glass fiber reinforced plastic sectional water tank. It is also called FRP water tank (fiberglass reinforced plastic water tank). It is suitable for drinking water, living water, fire water and Industrial water storage facilities, etc.
FRP panel is made from high temperature, high pressure and mechanical molding, It has many advantages: light weight, no corrosion, no leakage, good water quality, wide application range, long service life, good thermal insulation performance, beautiful appearance, convenient installation, convenient cleaning and maintenance, and strong adaptability, etc.
FRP SMC water tank is assembled by SMC water tank panel, sealing materials, metal structure and pipe system. The size of SMC water tank panel as follows:

4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, etc.
The water tank can be assembled with the size 0.125m³~2,000m³, depend on your requirement.

Packing: pallet or carton, it is convenient to load them into containers by forklift.
FRP SMC water tank installation instruction:
1.The concrete foundation should be same level and the height should more than 500mm for checking.
2.Put the channel base on the concrete foundation, and ensure that the channel base is horizontal.
3.Assemble the bottom panel, ensure the connection method between panel and panel as follows: bolt--gasket--panel--rubber strip--another panel--gasket-nut, then tightening the bolt.
4.Assemble the side panel, ensure the connection method as same as the above-metioned. If reinforcement is required, the side panels need to be added auxiliary angle iron.
5.When we assemble the panel which has 45º slant bolt holes, we must loose three nuts of two side panels, then tighten 45º slant bolts, and then tighten the two side of loosing bolts.
6.Assemble the plugging, push out the plugging and add sealing gasket, angle iron, gasket and nut, then tighten the nut, glass glue.
7.Assemble the lacing bar, ensure that the lacing bar is not too tight or too loose.
8.Assemble the top cover panel.
9.Assemble the flange, ensure sealing well.
10.Assemble the ladder, ensure it is nearby the manhole.
