We can supply two kinds of stainless steel water tank, one is welding
stainless steel, another is SMC stainless steel. Both of the two kinds
of stainless steel panel are made of SS304 and SS316 plate, excellent
welding technology, beautiful appearance, corrosion resistant, long
service life, but expensive than other kinds of water tank.
The above-mentioned images is welding stainless steel water tank, no bolts outside the tank, it is welded between the panels, advange is light weight, beautiful appearance, cheaper, but the welding will destory the corrosion resistence of stainless steel, the sevice life of welding stainless steel water tank will be shorter than SMC stainless steel water tank, but the SMC stainless steel water tank is more expensive than welding stainless steel water tank. The image below is SMC stainless steel water tank. The SMC stainless steel water tank panels are bolted connection.
The size of stainless steel water tank panel as follows:
1000x1000mm, 1000x500mm, 500x500mm
the thinckness or the panel as follows:
1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm etc.
The water tank can be welded and bolted with the size 0.125m³~2,000m³, depend on your requirement.
Packing: pallet or carton, it is convenient to load them into containers by forklift.
SMC stainless steel water tank installation instruction:
1.The concrete foundation should be same level and the height should more than 500mm for checking.
2.Put the channel base on the concrete foundation, and ensure that the channel base is horizontal.
3.Assemble the bottom panel, ensure the connection method between panel and panel as follows: bolt--gasket--panel--rubber strip--another panel--gasket-nut, then tightening the bolt.
4.Assemble the side panel, ensure the connection method as same as the above-metioned. If reinforcement is required, the side panels need to be added auxiliary angle iron.
5.When we assemble the panel which has 45º slant bolt holes, we must loose three nuts of two side panels, then tighten 45º slant bolts, and then tighten the two side of loosing bolts.
6.Assemble the plugging, push out the plugging and add sealing gasket, angle iron, gasket and nut, then tighten the nut, glass glue.
7.Assemble the lacing bar, ensure that the lacing bar is not too tight or too loose.
8.Assemble the top cover panel.
9.Assemble the flange, ensure sealing well.
10.Assemble the ladder, ensure it is nearby the manhole.
